💲 $80 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
🕒 Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM + overtime

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established business known for its strong safety culture and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across site
  • Oversee complex controlled systems and ensure optimal performance
  • Lead and support maintenance teams to achieve operational targets
  • Manage maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Contribute to and oversee project-based work and improvements
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety and compliance standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Electrical and/or Mechanical trade qualifications (essential)
  • Proven supervisory experience within a maintenance environment
  • Strong knowledge of complex automated or controlled systems
  • Experience in maintenance planning and project management
  • A proactive approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
